Flaex is a tool designed for OS X that allows users to extract multimedia content from Flash animations saved in SWF format. To start using Flaex, simply launch the application and select the desired Flash file by clicking on the "Open" option in the File menu. Once the file is loaded, Flaex will display a list of all the available resources that can be extracted. Users can view and manage the extracted resources in two ways: either through a thumbnail viewer or a detailed list. To save specific resources, simply drag them out of the interface or use the "Save All Resources" function. Additionally, Flaex offers a "Quick Look" feature that allows users to preview resources in a separate window and even play audio files directly within the application. Supported file formats for extraction include JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP3, PCM, and FLV. Flaex provides a convenient and efficient way to extract multimedia content from Flash animations for further use or editing purposes.
